For online customer service and store reservations

As a precautionary measure against the spread of the new coronavirus, both Harajuku and Shinsaibashi stores will introduce online customer service and appointment system from July 3 (Fri).

About online customer service

We are pleased to announce that we will be launching an online customer service service using the ZOOM app at the Bloody Mary Harajuku store from 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3.

This service will be available only by appointment online, but customers who cannot visit the store in person will be able to view the store’s products and shop from the comfort of their home using the ZOOM app on their computer or smartphone.

In addition, customers can consult with us about products and other matters online in person, and we will respond to them carefully. This is a more accurate and speedy response to your needs than e-mail or phone calls, just like visiting a store.

Online reservations will be available from 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, and the service will be available from 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3.

Flow from reservation to online customer service

1. select your desired staff and date from the online reservation screen of each store.
※You can switch the display by day or week.
※You can switch to view by staff from all menus.

2. After selecting the date and time of your choice, click on the “Make a reservation” button and fill in the required fields.

3. You will receive a tentative reservation confirmation email to your registered email address. Please wait for the store staff to contact you to confirm the status of your reservation.

4. If your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail and your reservation will be completed.

5. You will receive an email with a link to join ZOOM from the store where your reservation was made.
※Please note that the staff in the store will be available to help you, and may leave the room during the session depending on circumstances.
